I'm so excited to learn more about ACT and how to use therapy techniques that include superheros in my work with clients. The training is four hours long and takes place at San Diego Psych Association here in San Diego, California. I'm thrilled that Dr. Sarah Jacobs-Park will be there too, in fact, it was she who recommended it to me! Yay for learning more!
