I’m so excited to be a part of Level 2! I was originally going to do the training during the summer but switched to taking the program in San Diego! I’m so thrilled to learn more about understanding the body and its relationship to / with emotional experience. Yay! At the end of this training, I’ll decide whether / how I will continue forward. I can’t wait to learn more about Phoenix Rising Yoga Therapy!
