On National Coming Out Day, I will be teaching Poway Unified School District's school counselors, school psychologists, student services specialists, school nurses, and assistant principals how to be an ally for LGBTQ Youth at a Mini-Workshop sponsored by the Caring Connections Center of the Student Support Services Department of the Poway Unified School District. I am delighted to help support youth by providing training to their school district's staff.
